Deliverability isn't luck. Spam filters score every message on dozens of signals, and most of them are within your control. Here's how to keep your campaigns landing where they belong.
Authenticate everything
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are the three records that prove you are who you say you are. Without them, even legitimate mail looks suspicious. SendOrchard configures all three automatically for your sending domains.
Earn the open, don't trick it
Misleading subject lines spike complaints, and complaints are the fastest route to the spam folder. Promise what you deliver, and deliver what you promise.
Keep your list clean
Sending to dead addresses generates bounces that hurt your reputation. Remove hard bounces promptly and re-engage or drop subscribers who've gone quiet for months.
Make unsubscribing easy
It sounds counter-intuitive, but a clear unsubscribe link is your friend. People who can't find it hit "mark as spam" instead — and that's far more damaging than a clean opt-out.
Warm up new domains
If you're sending from a brand-new domain, ramp volume gradually. A sudden blast from an unknown sender is the classic spammer pattern, and filters know it.
